Three plans. One question decides it: are you running your own business, running clients, or selling the software under your brand? Then the small charges: texts, emails, calls, and AI. All from HighLevel's own price pages.
Tap who you are. The page picks the plan and shows the bill.
Tap the one that sounds like you. It sets the whole page: the plan, the usage, the AI, the add-ons. Then scroll and tweak.
None of these are required. Each one is a separate thing you switch on later, and each one adds to the bill.
The three shaded rows are the ones that actually move people up a plan. Everything else is the same at every price.

The subscription is fixed. Texts, emails and calls are pay-as-you-go on every plan. Here's what they cost.
These come out of your wallet on every plan, on top of the subscription. US and Canada rates from HighLevel's Phone System guide (1 Sep 2026) and Pricing Guide (22 Aug 2026). Move the sliders or tap a preset.
A text longer than about 160 characters is two segments and costs double. An emoji can push it to three. Call recording adds $0.0025/min, transcription $0.024/min.

AI is a separate bill from texts and emails. Three ways to pay for it, and a table of every AI product.
People mix these up and then blame the wrong thing. They're separate, they're billed differently, and only one of them has a plan you can buy.
Pay-as-you-go. Always. On every plan. There is no "unlimited texting" plan. The section above is this bill.
This is the AI Employee add-on, per location, on top of your base plan. Three ways to pay. Start on the first one. Move up only when the numbers say so.
These are HighLevel's own published sessions, with the real price each one came to. Same tools, same prompts, so you know what a job costs before you run it.
One prompt: "Create a landing page to capture leads for my yoga classes." Hero, benefits, schedule, bio, testimonials, working lead form, AI-made images. 14 tool steps.
One detailed prompt. Full-bleed hero, parallax, gallery grid, animations, a full set of AI-generated images. 29 tool steps. Images are what cost the money.
Home, About, Services, Blog, Portfolio, Pricing, Contact. Shared nav, editable blog and tour collections, SEO tags, contact form. 40 tool steps.
"Create a complete funnel for my fitness coaching business." It asked questions, planned the page and form, wrote and created three nurture emails.
Pulled products from a store URL, built the product with variants, matched pricing, switched the location currency. 15 turns, approval cards.
Event banner image, three emails, three texts, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram posts and stories, a schedule, approvals. 6 messages.
Drag. These use the real session prices from the boxes above.

*Unlimited covers the AI part of a voice call. The phone minute itself (about 1.7 cents) is always billed on top. Prices from HighLevel's AI Product Pricing page (14 Sep 2026), AI Studio Pricing (17 Sep 2026) and Ask AI Session Examples (27 Jun 2026).
Move the sliders below and the page picks the tier for you. Most solo businesses never leave pay-per-use.
Use AI pay-as-you-go until your AI bill reaches $50 a month. Then switch that location to AI Employee Growth. When Growth overages push you past $97, switch to AI Employee Unlimited. (Not the $297 "Unlimited" base plan. Same word, different thing.) Estimate where you'd land:
What you'd pay at these volumes
+ overage past 1,000 replies / 100 min
Flat, fair use
Phone charges for voice calls are billed separately even on Unlimited. Voice minutes here are the AI part only. Rebilling AI to clients needs the $497 plan.
Sell sub-accounts. Pass usage through at cost on $297. Mark it up on $497.
Phone, email and AI are pay-as-you-go on every plan. The plan decides who ends up paying for them.
Every text, call and email your clients send comes out of your wallet. Fine if it's your own business. Painful with five clients.
HighLevel charges your wallet, then the client's card is charged the same amount. You're not out of pocket, but you don't profit on usage.
Same as Unlimited, but you set the price. Pay HighLevel a cent per email, charge the client two. Same for the add-ons you resell: listings, SEO, WhatsApp, AI. That margin is a business.
An AI agency. A course agency. A marketing agency. Any agency. This is the step: every client gets their own account inside your HighLevel, you charge them monthly for it, and on the $497 plan you set your own price on every text, email, call, AI reply and add-on they use. Drag the sliders. See what it looks like at 3 clients, 10, 25.
You invoice clients yourself. No markup on usage: they pay exactly what HighLevel charges.
Clients sign up and pay automatically. Usage is billed to them at your price. And the add-on services you resell (listings, SEO, WhatsApp, the client app, AI Employee) go out at your price too. Every difference is yours.
| If you sold | At | $297 keeps | $497 keeps (1.5× markup, $80 usage each) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 accounts | $297/mo each | $1,188 | $1,188 |
| 10 accounts | $297/mo each | $2,673 | $2,873 |
| 25 accounts | $297/mo each | $7,128 | $7,428 |
| 50 accounts | $297/mo each | $14,553 | $15,053 |
| 25 accounts at 2× markup | $297/mo each | $7,128 | $8,628 |
At 1.5× markup and $80 usage, the two plans tie at 5 accounts. From 6 up, $497 pulls ahead and the gap grows with every account you add. Push the markup to 2× and 25 accounts is $1,500 a month more than $297. On $497 you also set your own price on every add-on you resell, which isn't in this table and only helps the $497 side.
